What to drink now: Christmas cocktails

Can you hear jingle bells? Well, not quite yet but we are happy to start on the Christmas cocktails anyway. Here are our first Christmas 2020 selection of cocktail recipes….

 

Bacardi’s ‘Spiced and Sparkle’ cocktail (HOT)

Ingredients

  • 35ml BACARDÍ Spiced
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Fiero/sugar syrup
  • 35ml Cranberry juice
  • 35ml Red wine

Receipe

  1. Microwave all ingredients except BACARDÍ Spiced for 1.5min
  2. Add BACARDÍ Spiced. Or warm over hob.

 

Grey Goose Yuletide Mule 

Ingredients

  • 45ml Grey Goose Vodka
  • 15ml Unsweetened Cranberry juice
  • 120ml Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Cranberries and fresh Rosemary

Receipe

  1. Build all ingredients in a mule mug
  2. Garnish: Cranberries and fresh Rosemary.

 

Bombay Bramble Mulled Punch

Ingredients

  • 45ml (4.5cl) Bombay Bramble
  • 20ml (2cl) mandarin oleo saccharum (or alternatively mandarin sugar syrup)
  • 15ml (1.5cl) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 100ml (10cl) raspberry & hibiscus tea
  • Nutmeg, star anise, cloves
  • Lemon wheel (garnish).

Receipe

  1. Add all the ingredients (excluding garnish) to a pan
  2. warm slowly on a hob allowing the flavour to infuse
  3. When serving, ensure the temperature is above 50°C  and decant in glasses before garnishing.
