What to drink now: BACARDĺ Halloween edition

With Halloween on the horizon, at BACARDĺ are promising they have got no nasty tricks up their sleeves but this year they have gotten into the spirit of things with some brand new tasty tipples, so feast your eyes on our seasonal treats for the occasion!


  • 40ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum
  • 20ml Blood orange Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 2 tea spoons of caster sugar
  • 6-10 mint leaves
  • 2 dashed of Aromatic bitters
  • 10ml Grenadine


  • Dissolve sugar with BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum, blood orange and lime, add mint, bitters and crushed ice. Mix well, top up with more crushed ice.
  • Float with grenadine to bleed
  • GLASSWARE: Highball
  • GARNISH: Mint sprig & Grenadine bleed




  • 40ml BACARDÍ Carta Fuego rum
  • 15ml Creme de mure
  • 100ml Tonic
  • 1 dash peychaud bitters (optional)


Pour all ingredients over ice and stir



TRICK OR TREAT (main image)

  • 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • 15ml St-Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 4 blackberries
  • 70ml ginger beer
  • White chocolate


Add all ingredients to a large wine glass, muddle the blackberries and fill up with crushed ice and give it a quick stir. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a few white chocolate shaves, fresh blackberry & a mint sprig
