We have teamed up with Bacardi for some more recipes to keep cool you this week.
HIGH VOLUME (main picture)
CUATRO & GRAPEFRUIT SODA
- 50ml BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum
- 100ml grapefruit soda
Squeeze and drop one lime wedge. Add ice and build other ingredients.
GARNISH: one lime wedge
- 45ml BACARDI Carta Blanca rum
- 5ml BACARDÍ Cartas Oro rum
- 20ml Noilly Prat
- 5ml sugar syrup
METHOD: Stir with cubed ice. Strain and serve.
GARNISH: Lime horseshoe or zest
- 50ml BACARDÍ Carta Negra
- 25ml espresso
- 10ml sugar syrup
- orange zest
METHOD: shake all ingredients with ice including orange zest. Double strain and serve straight up
