What to drink now: Bacardi Christmas cocktails

From the Chocolate MARTINI Negroni Cocktail, a luxurious take on the Italian classic, to the BACARDÍ rum Gingerbread Colada which takes the summer staple of a Pina Colada and updates it for the winter season, each drink has been developed to offer a unique drinking experience this winter.

Speaking about the nine delicious drinks, Shervene Shahbazkhani, Head of Brand Advocacy for Bacardi, said

‘We’ve created these cocktails in line with what the Bacardi group has identified as the key trends for the season this year. This includes classic comebacks with the likes of the ‘Festive Old Fashioned’, reimagined using BACARDÍ rum and chocolate bitters, and the increased popularity of bitter tastes which we’ve reflected in ‘Right Hand’ using Santa Teresa and the MARTINI Golden Sbagliato. We’re delighted that we can continue to push the dial on how our products are served, ensuring that our drinkers are at the forefront of trends to show off during the party season.’



  • 40 ml BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum
  • 20 ml Amaretto
  • 20 ml Coco Lopez
  • 20 ml gingerbread syrup
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 10 ml lemon juice



  • 40 ml BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
  • 10 ml Crème de Figue
  • 5 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • GARNISH: Black Cherries



  • 45 ml Grey Goose La Vanille
  • 30 ml single origin espresso
  • 20 ml part of coffee liqueur
  • Pinch of Fleur De Sel

For garnish either 3 coffee beans or cut 1 x fresh vanilla bean in half and with a slit at the base perch onto the rim of the glass.
