What to drink at weddings: St Germain

St-Germain Hugo Spritz

Ingredients

  • 40ml oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 60ml Martini prosecco
  • 60ml Soda water
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Recipe

  1. Add ice into a wine glass
  2. Pour in St-Germain and add approximately eight mint leaves
  3. Top with sparkling wine and soda water
  4. Stir the drink to combine all of the ingredients
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.

 

St-Germain Royale

Ingredients

  • 15ml oz St-Germain
  • Champagne to top
  • Blackberry to garnish

Recipe

  1. Pour St-Germain into a chilled Champagne glass (from the freezer)
  2. Top with Champagne
  3. Give the drink a quick stir
  4. Garnish with a blackberry by placing on the rim of the glass.

 

St-Germain Margarita

Ingredients

  • 25ml St Germain
  • 45ml Patron silver tequila
  • 20ml Fresh lime juice
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Recipe

  1. Combine the St‑Germain, Tequila and fresh lime juice into a shaker
  2. Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously until it is nicely chilled
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 

St-Germain Spritz – to share

Ingredients

  • 250ml St-Germain
  • 375ml Martini prosecco
  • 375ml Sparkling water
  • Lemon peel for zesting

Recipe

  1. Pour the St-Germain, sparkling wine and sparkling water into your vessel of choice
  2. Give the drink a good stir to combine all of the ingredients
  3. Pour over ice into your highball / spritz glass
  4. Garnish with a lemon zest.
