Fancy cooling down for free? Wendy’s is giving away Junior Frostys across the UK today — but you’ll need to be quick.
With temperatures soaring across the UK, Wendy’s UK is offering customers the ultimate way to cool down: a free Frosty.
For one day only, Thursday 13 August 2026, customers can claim a free Junior Vanilla or Junior Chocolate Frosty through the Wendy’s UK app, with no minimum spend and no purchase required.
How to Get a Free Wendy’s Frosty
Getting your hands on the heatwave-busting treat is relatively simple. You’ll need to:
- Download the Wendy’s UK app.
- Add a Junior Vanilla or Junior Chocolate Frosty to your basket.
- Make sure you select the Frosty from the Everyday Saver menu, rather than the dedicated Frosty category.
- Enter the promotional code HEATWAVE at checkout, or use the code displayed in the app.
- Place your order and the promotional code will remove the cost of the Frosty.
The offer is designed to make cooling off that little bit easier, whether you’re looking for a lunchtime treat, heading home after spending the day outside or simply fancy something cold without spending a penny.
Wendy’s Free Frosty Offer: What You Need to Know
The promotion is available today, 13 August 2026, in the UK only and must be claimed through the Wendy’s UK app.
The freebie is limited to Junior Vanilla and Junior Chocolate Frostys ordered through the Everyday Saver menu. The offer does not apply to Frostys ordered through the dedicated Frosty category.
There’s also no minimum spend, meaning you don’t need to buy a burger, fries or anything else to take advantage of the deal.
However, the offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed against other Wendy’s products.
A Free Frosty for the UK Heatwave
As the UK continues to experience soaring summer temperatures, Wendy’s is bringing some much-needed ice-cold relief to its customers.
The Frosty has become one of Wendy’s most recognisable menu items, joining favourites including the Baconator, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and nuggets.
Founded in 1969, Wendy’s now operates thousands of restaurants around the world, including locations across the UK.
So, if you’re looking for a free dessert today, this is one offer you’ll want to move quickly on — because once 13 August is over, the free Frosty disappears.
Terms and conditions: Offer valid on 13 August 2026 in the UK only. Customers must order through the Wendy’s UK app. Promotional code HEATWAVE is auto-applied at checkout where applicable. Valid only on Junior Vanilla and Junior Chocolate Frosty ordered through the Everyday Saver menu, and not the dedicated Frosty category. No minimum spend or purchase required. Not redeemable against other Wendy’s products and cannot be exchanged for cash.
