Vodafone is introducing 30-days free access to unlimited mobile data for half a million Pay Monthly customers. In addition, Vodafone will be proactively upgrading its Pay Monthly customers who are flagged as vulnerable in its systems to this 30 days unlimited data offer for free.

Vulnerable customers eligible for this upgrade will receive a text informing them. Half a million other Pay Monthly customers, not already on unlimited data plans, can access the offer through Vodafone’s VeryMe rewards scheme available through the My Vodafone App*.

The offer will initially be made available to the first 500,000 customers. We will monitor usage and, if network capacity allows, it is our ambition to offer further passes to even more customers. Any Pay Monthly customer (consumers or small business) who are registered with VeryMe can apply.

Today’s announcement is the latest in a series of measures Vodafone is taking to keep the UK connected during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. The offer is designed to give worry-free data usage to customers so they can keep in touch with loved ones using video calling; keep the kids learning with access to e-learning sites and keep the whole family entertained with great quality video streaming. Vodafone is also currently offering six months half price on its 24-month SIM only unlimited plans.
