The annual Universal Music BRITs after-party hosted by Soho House and BACARDÍ Rum, saw guests including, Sam Smith, Cheryl and Liam Payne celebrate one of the most significant nights in the global music industry calendar. Held at The Ned, artists and guests arrived in style with chauffeured BMW cars from the awards.
Liam Payne arrived fresh from his BRIT Award performance with Rita Ora to be joined at the bash by girlfriend Cheryl. Liam’s ex-bandmate and solo artist Niall Horan arrived soon after, heading straight to his table to enjoy the Bacardi cocktails on offer.
Following a mind-blowing DJ set from Universal artist Jax Jones, Nick Grimshaw took to the decks with Clara Amfo, to be joined by friends Alexa Chung, Troye Sivan, Annie Mac and Sara Cox. Feeling the vibes and kicking off the party in true style, HAIM jumped up on the decks to perform an impromptu dance show, followed by a catwalk to Madonna’s VOGUE – a classic move from DJ Nick Grimshaw over his three year Universal and Soho House after-party tenure.
Calvin Harris, who arrived with a stylish entourage, was seen greeting Sam Smith after partying with a group of carnival queens. Gary Barlow and Jamie Cullum chatted away over mini-burgers. Ellie Goulding who dazzled in a sequin jacket, arrived just in time to enjoy the set by Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo.
Cocktails by BACARDÍ included a Brits Mojito, B&T, Ocho Old Fashioned and The Ned’s signature Clover 75.* The vast food selection comes from Cecconi’s, Millie’s Lounge, Kaia and Zobler’s all on the Ground Floor at The Ned. The menu includes everything from sausage rolls and shepherds pie to pizzette and spicy tuna rolls.

About BACARDÍ Rum
In 1862, BACARDÍ revolutionized the spirits industry when founder Don Facundo Bacardí Massó began producing his remarkable light-bodied, smooth rum. The unique taste of BACARDÍ Rum inspired cocktail pioneers to invent some of the world’s most famous drink recipes including the Mojito, the Daiquirí, the Cuba Libre, the Piña Colada, and the Presidente.
BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum has won more than 550 awards for quality and taste making it the world’s most awarded rum. Today, BACARDÍ Rum is produced mainly in Puerto Rico, following the production legacy set forth by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó – crafted in a five-step distillation process, mellowed in American white oak barrels, and filtered five times for unparalleled quality and smoothness.
The BACARDÍ® brand is part of the portfolio of Bacardi Limited, headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda. Bacardi Limited refers to the BACARDĺ group of companies, including Bacardi International Limited.
