The new Weight Watchers (WW) – opens its doors to the ‘House of WW’ ‘For Every Body’, anyone and everyone looking to lead a healthier life.

A recent global WW Wellness Survey shows 90% of participants identified improving their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is one of their goals for 2019. The #ForEveryBody campaign aims to show that living healthy – whether that’s by eating better, moving more or developing a more helpful mindset – is something everyone can do.

Set over four levels, this immersive brand experience brings ‘Wellness that Works™’ to life by taking guests on the WW wellness journey.

The ‘House of WW’ takes you on a journey through rooms dedicated to the WW tools and support for healthier eating, being more active, developing a positive mindset and weight management. There is a truly a room for everything.

Level one – Move like Robbie Williams – hosted by Robbie’s Dance Captain, Jenny Griffin

Kick start your wellness journey and get moving with Robbie Williams Dance Captain, Jenny Griffin, to learn a short dance routine to two of his top hits, Let Me Entertain You and Kids – showing how movement and WW is truly ‘For Every Body’

Level two – Find what moves you – Yoga hosted by Jessica Olie

The most common reason members give for not engaging in regular physical activity? Time! FitPoints 2.0® helps you make the most of the time you do have. The new algorithm is more accurate and motivates you to include high intensity and strength training in your activity routine to help you achieve your goals.

The House of WW is offering free yoga sessions hosted by Yoga instructor, Jessica Olie. This room has been transformed into a spiritual haven where Jessica will host a Yoga class to help you earn your daily Fit Points and showcase how easy it is to do this at home.

WW has also teamed up with Aaptiv,a leading provider of premium digital fitness content with the number one audio fitness app,to offer members access to personal trainers for activity anywhere and anytime it works for them through the WW app.

Learn more about FitPoints 2.0 via the WW app, a personalised way to track your fitness activitywithin the WW app – using your height, weight, age and sex – this tool lets members know exactly what each activity is worth to them.

 

Level three – Eat what you love – Live cookery demos by Lisa Marley

At WW everything’s on the menu. Enjoy the food you love, even when out and about, and still lose weight and be healthy. WW Freestyle builds on the highly successful and effective SmartPoints® system by expanding ZeroPointTM foods from fruits and vegetables to a comprehensive list of more than 200 satisfying foods – the foods that form the basis of a healthy pattern of eating.

Bringing this to life for the House of WW, Zoe Griffiths, Head of Programme and Public Health at WW, accompanies chef, Lisa Marley, to demonstrate how to create some delicious and healthy recipes along with tips for healthier eating.

Guests will be treated to meals, including two breakfast and two lunch and dinner dishes, including

Level 4 – Shift your mindset – Breathing workshop hosted by Rebecca Dennis

If you have a positive frame of mind, you’re already half way to achieving your wellness goals; it’s not just about eating better and moving more. With WW, you’ll learn new skills and techniques to help shift your mindset.

 

Helping kick-start anyone’s wellness journey, WW has teamed up with transformational breathing coach and author Rebecca Dennis who will host a calming breathing class that proves how simple breathing exercises can reduce stress and support positive mindset.

 

#MyWhy – kick-starting your own wellness journey

Everybody has a reason for wanting to lead a healthier life – your Why. The House of WW has a dedicated space to celebrate all of these inspirations.

Helping others to understand their own WW wellness journey and once they’ve experienced the House of WW, guests can share their own #MyWhy story and join WW’s newest global ambassadors Robbie Williams, Kate Hudson and other members in getting healthier.

All #MyWhy submissions during the event, will be transformed into an inspirational wall of positivity and motivation. The #MyWhy instillation showcases the supportive community at WW that members experience in workshops and online with Connect groups on the WW app.
