Being a woman within any industry has its struggles; there’s sexism, oppression and so many other forms of discrimination that women face throughout their careers every day.
We’ve all heard the stereotypes of career driven women, but Desiree Lesassier is breaking those untrue stigmas and reaching new heights for women everywhere, whilst being the Manager of Player Services for the Los Angeles Lakers is an incredible achievement in itself, Desiree takes time to share some of her own personal struggles that all contributed towards where she is today.
