The Landmark London’s Acclaimed Champagne Spring Brunch Returns

One for the diary for all brunch-loving Londoners, five-star hotel The Landmark London is bringing back its highly acclaimed Champagne Spring Brunch on Sunday 21st April, for one afternoon only.

The special one-day event serves up a lavish spread of seafood, meat dishes, and elevated lunch classics, including some of the hotel’s most loved signature dishes from Executive Chef Gary Klaner. The Champagne Brunch offers the perfect opportunity for diners to celebrate the season in style, with Spring flavours and provenance at the heart – with flowing Champagne for that added sparkle throughout.

Served ‘buffet-style’, each course focuses on a particular theme – starters celebrate the best of British seafood, while Mains focus on well-sourced, high-quality carved meats accompanied by in-season vegetables. The dessert menu is filled with quintessentially British flavours and classic puddings, for a truly Landmark London finish.
