temper BURGER Launches in White City

On 17th April, world-renowned Steakhouse and Barbeque restaurant temper will be venturing into the world of burgers, with a brand new smash burger experience in White City – the first West London location for the brand.

To mark the occasion, temper BURGER will be giving away 100 free burgers a day to customers visiting from the 22nd-26th April.

Inspired by temper’s beloved cheeseburger taco, temper BURGER emerges with a menu of succulent smash burgers, created by Chef Director David Lagonell. Created exclusively using sustainable British meat, sourced from a single Yorkshire supplier with regeneratively managed estates, each bite is a testament to conscious creation. temper’s historic practice of in-house butchering and ageing allows for an eco-conscious approach at the burger joint, resulting in minimal waste and the use of fewer cattle.

temper BURGER’s menu goes beyond the traditional, blending classic favourites with innovative twists. All of its smash burgers are served as a double patty with freshly toasted brioche buns, with choices including a melt-in-your-mouth Kimcheese Burger; a Sloppy Joe paired with smoky chilli; and a range of Beef, Chicken and Veggie burgers.

At temper BURGER, customers can choose whether to enjoy their burger with temper’s skinny fries or beef-fat chips, made plain or “temper style”. For those who want to indulge, the chilli cheese fries aren’t to be missed, served with a mini-raclette burner and topped with bourbon pickled chillies, confit garlic and crispy shallots. Elsewhere on the menu are references to temper favourites such as Aged-Beef Nachos and Caramelised Spicy Corn – a nod to the same ethos temper is so famed for.

To finish, guests can enjoy a Brigadeiro cookie & milk ice cream or choose from one of temper’s drunken sorbets. For those who prefer a more interactive choice, temper BURGER’s very own spicy chocolate fondue will allow guests to dunk fresh marshmallows table-side. To drink, those visiting will be able to enjoy fresh and bold cocktails thanks to the collaboration with London RTD brand, MOTH, including a Margarita, Mojito and Negroni.

temper was founded back in 2016, with its original Soho restaurant centred around a fire pit. All sites major in mouth-watering tacos and rare-breed steaks, which are butchered and aged in-house and then cooked over a fire in the open kitchen. With locations now in Shoreditch, City, Covent Garden and Paddington too, it’s a show not to be missed.

temper BURGER will be open from 17th April, 12:00 to 21:00 Monday to Wednesday, 21:00 to 22:00 Thursday to Saturday, and 12:00 to 17:00 on Sunday. You can find the new restaurant at Unit 8, 2 Television Centre, 101 Wood Lane, W12 7FR.
