Sticks’n’Sushi Blossoms for Chelsea in Bloom

Sticks’n’Sushi celebrates the arrival of Chelsea in Bloom with a floral installation inspired by its culture and heritage, along with limited-edition cocktails to mark the occasion.

The ever-popular florals are back at Kings Road’s Sticks’n’Sushi, marking the return of the world-class floral art show. restaurant is embracing this year’s theme, Floral Feasts, taking inspiration from culinary favourites seen in film, literature, and everyday life.

Chelsea in Bloom will grace the Cadogan Estate from Mon 20th to Sun 26th May, decorating the street, storefronts, and restaurants and hotels with stunning, vibrant displays. Sticks’n’Sushi will be a key part of that, a local community hub for friends, family, and neighbours since 2019.

Visitors to Chelsea will have the chance to immerse themselves in the Sticks’n’Sushi installation, which beautifully captures the brand’s culture and heritage. The exterior of the restaurant will feature a Japanese fishing boat crafted from sustainable flowers, foliage, and florist’s materials. A striking fishing net will attract passers-by with replicas of Sticks’n’Sushi’s staple dishes, such as sushi and sashimi, made from sustainably sourced materials.

Guests can also enjoy limited-edition cocktails like the Murasakiiro no Chō, or “purple butterfly,” created with butterfly pea-infused Roku gin, crème de pêche, and violet syrup. This cocktail, curated to complement this year’s theme, embodies the art of mixing flavors and colors to create a visually appealing and delicious drink, mirroring the Chelsea in Bloom installation. The cocktail will be available alongside Sticks’n’Sushi’s specialty dishes, including Beef Tataki, Sashimi, Nigiri, Wagyu Bites, and Tuna Tartare.
