Starbucks Unveils Sensational Crème Brulée Inspired Cream Cold Foam

Summer is brewing at Starbucks – and for the first time ever, the coffeehouse favourite is introducing a new silky-smooth Crème Brulée Inspired Cream Cold Foam. Along with the return of the Summer fan favourites, the new drink topping will launch at all stores on 2nd May, with the innovative menu newcomers available to Starbucks Rewards members from 25th April.

Inspired by childhood memories of baking desserts with grandparents in France, the Starbucks team concocted the velvety-smooth Cream Cold Foam, adding an irresistible touch to everyone’s favourite coffee orders.

Take the Crème Brulée x Brown Sugar Frappuccino blended beverage – the innovation will allow Starbucks fans to experience the essence of brown sugar in a whole new way with the signature blend, topped with the luxurious Crème Brulée Cream Cold Foam, in this truly ‘Starbucks’ way to start to the summer’s adventures.

For the ultimate shake-up, the Crème Brulée x Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso marries up two caramelised flavours, while the Crème Brulée x Cold Brew adds a creamy twist to the signature refreshing classic.

Of course, it wouldn’t be summer without a delicious fruity cooler to become your new thirst-quenching go-to. There are two new vibrant Refresha flavours available from 2nd May, or from 25th April for Starbucks Rewards members, for that exotic burst of flavour in the shape of the colourful beverage. Starbucks has introduced a Dragon Coconut Refresha and a Very Berry Refresha to their enticing menu, joining existing fan favourite 2023 sell-out sensation Mango Dragonfruit Refresha. Bright, fruity, and embodying the essence of tropics this season, it offers a mango note paired with freeze-dried diced dragon fruit, hand-shaken over ice for a refreshing treat.

Or, if you fancy something fruitier, Starbucks also has you covered. Members can access TWO NEW vibrant and refresha-ing sips one week early too! The Dragon Coconut Starbucks Refresha® Drink and Very Berry Starbucks Refresha® Drink are both making their debut this season, joining returning fan favourite and 2023 sell out sensation Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresha® Drink. Vibrant, fruity and one of this season’s most tropical flavours, it features a hint of mango flavour alongside freeze-dried diced dragon fruit, hand-shaken over ice.

The idea to incorporate this iconic dessert into our beverages came from a desire to elevate our drinks menu by adding a new and creative textural element. After experimenting with various options and flavours, the classic Crème Brulée stood out due to its delicious, velvety twist, and the Crème Brulée inspired Cream Cold Foam was born. This idea was further enriched by my heritage and the fond memories of cooking traditional French desserts with my grandmother during my childhood.”
