Shake Shack is kicking off the New Year with a bold new plant-based menu, bringing back fan favourites and introducing exciting vegan newcomers across the UK. Available for a limited time from 7 January to 25 February 2026, the Crispy Shallot menu is designed for vegans, flexitarians and anyone curious about plant-powered comfort food.
