Lando Norris is set to give fans unprecedented access to his life away from Formula 1 in a brand-new three-part Prime Video docuseries launching in 2027.
Prime Video has announced Lando (w/t), a new documentary series following Lando Norris as he navigates life as the reigning Formula 1 World Champion.
Set to launch exclusively on Prime Video in 2027, the three-part series promises a more personal look at the McLaren star, exploring the man behind the helmet and what matters to him away from the racetrack.
Lando Norris Opens Up About Life Away From F1
While Norris has become one of the most recognisable faces in motorsport, Lando (w/t) will explore a side of the 26-year-old that fans rarely get to see.
The series has been filmed throughout the summer, capturing Norris both on and off the track as he approaches his 27th birthday. From spending time with friends and family to experiencing the pressure that comes with being one of the biggest names in global sport, the documentary aims to offer an intimate and authentic portrait of the champion.
Norris said he has been closely involved with the project from the beginning.
“I’m really excited to be doing this with Prime Video. We’ve been filming for a while already and I’ve had a lot of fun with it.”
He added that although he already shares plenty of his life with fans, the new series will offer “more access than ever before” to what happens away from racing.
From Karting in Bristol to Formula 1 World Champion
The docuseries will also look back at Norris’ journey from his early days in karting to reaching the very top of motorsport.
Having first discovered racing in Bristol, Norris quickly progressed through the ranks, inspired by racing heroes including Valentino Rossi. His career has been shaped by a combination of competitiveness, authenticity and a love of racing.
Now, with a World Championship title to defend, the pressures surrounding his life are very different.
Lando (w/t) will follow Norris through the highs and lows of life at the pinnacle of Formula 1, including the excitement of winning his first Grand Prix of the season alongside quieter moments away from the spotlight.
For fans who have followed Norris throughout his rise at McLaren, the series could provide a rare glimpse into the person behind the global sporting profile.

Rather than focusing solely on racing, Prime Video says the series will explore the different sides of Norris’ life.
Viewers can expect everything from holiday antics with friends and personal moments with his family to the intense pressure and scrutiny that comes with competing at the highest level of motorsport.
The result is being described as an intimate, stylish and raw look at one of sport’s most exciting talents.

When Is the Lando Norris Documentary Coming to Prime Video?
Lando (w/t) will launch exclusively on Prime Video in 2027, with the series set to be available across more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The three-part production comes from Box to Box Films, the production company behind a number of major Formula 1 documentaries, including Formula 1: Drive to Survive. Verge Magazine has previously covered the hugely popular Netflix series and its focus on Norris and the wider F1 paddock.
The series is executive produced by Tom Keeling, Warren Smith and Jon Smith, with Clare Little serving as Series Producer and Ben Phethean as Series Director.
A release date for the series has not yet been confirmed, but Formula 1 fans can look forward to getting a much closer look at Lando Norris’ life when Lando (w/t) arrives on Prime Video in 2027.
