Pizza Pilgrims Take On Euston with Latest Opening

Pizza Pilgrims’ renowned Neapolitan-style pizzas will be flying into Euston on 10th June, delighting pizza lovers and city snackers with their delicious double-fermented dough and much loved classic dishes, in a setting inspired by train travel through the golden era of the Amalfi Coast.

Featuring a unique design, this one drawing on its proximity to Euston Station, the pizzeria will be opening its doors this week to serve up their signature classics and ‘authentically inauthentic’ options, including the Margherita Extra-Extra (the ultimate classic with added datterini tomatoes, a whole creamy burrata, and freshly prepared basil pesto) and less traditional take on the iconic Italian dish, the Carbonara (topped with crispy guanciale bacon, Pecorino Romano, egg yolk, and finished with strands of al dente spaghetti).

The not-so-secret recipe for their success is the 72-hours double-fermented pillowy dough, making the pizzas light, chewy, and absolutely Moorish, to which Pizza Pilgrims owes much of its success to, as it expands across the UK to over 23 pizzerias – undoubtedly with many more to come.

Diners will be invited to step into a vibrant beach-themed bar, where colourful umbrellas hang from the ceiling to greet them as they enter. Seating areas are nestled under a pergola reminiscent of Amalfi’s stunning lemon groves, with disco balls and wall art of the recognisable coastline complete the scene, alongside a real working train set harking back to the glory days of train travel. The pièce de résistance, of course, is a magnificent Italian-style water fountain, adorning a group dining table, and marking this newest opening as one of the best yet.

Founders Thom and James Elliot commented:

“This pizzeria will be extra special to us as it will be opening on our mum’s birthday – a double reason to celebrate! We are excited to offer the good people of Euston, Kings Cross and the surrounding areas somewhere to grab a great pizza – whether they are training out of the station or not! As always, we have had great fun coming up with a new theme – and the idea of the golden era of train travel to Amalfi has been a brilliant inspiration, especially with the huge windows in the site and plenty of outside seating. Can’t wait to show you all around.”

The new pizzeria accommodates 72 indoor guests, with a large outdoor area for 32 people perfect for the upcoming warner days.

You can visit Pizza Pilgrims Euston from 10th June at 24 Eversholt Street, London NW1 1AD.
