Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho has unveiled what it says is the world’s first-ever Pink Sriracha sauce, giving fans of spicy food something completely new to try this summer.
Available exclusively at Pho restaurants across the UK throughout August, the vibrant condiment has been created in partnership with Thai premium condiment brand SABZU and forms part of the restaurant’s new Pink Wednesdays promotion.
The limited-edition sauce is made using premium-quality white Thai chillies grown in northern Thailand and coloured naturally with hibiscus flower, creating a striking hot pink appearance. Alongside its distinctive look, the hibiscus adds a fruity flavour before the sauce delivers its signature spicy finish, tapping into the growing “fruity and spicy” (or “fricy”) food trend.
£5 Pink Wednesdays Arrive Throughout August
To celebrate the exclusive launch, Pho is introducing Pink Wednesdays, running every Wednesday throughout August.
Customers who visit participating Pho restaurants wearing pink can unlock a special £5 menu featuring selected dishes and drinks.
The promotion includes:
- Spicy Pink Margarita – tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, dragonfruit and Thai chillies (£5)
- Crispy Spring Rolls (£5)
- Fresh Summer Rolls with a choice of chicken, prawn, vegetarian or THIS™ Isn’t Chicken filling (£5)
- Crispy Chicken Wings topped with Pink Sriracha (£5)
- Hackney Gelato ice cream (£5)
- Hackney Gelato sorbet (£5)
The offer is available for eat-in customers only and excludes Pho restaurants at Westfield Stratford and Leeds. Scottish locations are also excluded from the Pink Margarita offer.

Pho currently operates more than 50 restaurants across the UK, from Edinburgh to Exeter, serving its popular Vietnamese street food menu, including its signature pho noodle soup, alongside curries, noodles, fresh salads and cocktails.
Pink Sriracha is available exclusively at Pho restaurants and via Deliveroo until the end of August, while stocks last.
