Healthy living and being active is on the rise with the number of fitness facilities in the UK reaching over 7,000 this year. But is the gym having an impact on our social occasions with people having to choose between going out to catch up or keep up their healthy lifestyle?
Well last night showed socialising and exercising can go hand in hand. We joined DOSE and Ministry of Sound for their launch of ‘Riding High’ a spinning class series sponsored by Heineken® 0.0 is for those moments in life when you want a great beer but just don’t fancy the alcohol… just like after a spin class!
We’re feeling a little sore this morning, but the free Heineken® 0.0 (69 calories per bottle) and facials certainly picked us up. There are loads of awesome classes to choose from with Divas to Drum and Bass there is something for everyone with inspiration coaches and earthshakingly loud music if this doesn’t get you energised nothing will!
