The NBA today launched an official YouTube channel dedicated to providing unique and locally relevant content tailored for European fans. The new NBA Europe channel will feature original and archived content, including current and former European player and Legend interviews, short-from features, unique behind-the-scenes access, highlights from NBA games played in Europe, Player Spotlights and more.  The channel will launch with an exclusive conversation featuring four-time NBA Champion, Frenchman Tony Parker and Serbian actor and star of ‘Money Heist’ Darko Perić, himself a huge basketball fan.

Europe has played an integral part in the league’s history from staging over 90 pre-season and regular season games through to the players that have stamped their authority on the league; early pioneers including Dražen Petrović, Šarūnas Marčiulionis, Vlade Divac, Detlef Schrempf, Arvydas Sabonis and Toni Kukoc, to the Dream Team generation of Tony Parker, Pau Gasol, Dirk Nowitzki, Peja Stojaković and Andrei Kirilenko, through to the current crop of standout talents including Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Dončić, Nikola Jokić and Kristaps Porzingis.  From ‘Tear Drops’, to ‘Eurosteps’, to ‘Off-balance fadeaways’,  European players have left an indelible mark on the league in a unique way that will be celebrated on the new NBA Europe YouTube channel.
