McDonald’s is turning up the flavour this summer with the launch of three brand-new dipping sauces across the UK and Ireland. From 14 July, customers can get their hands on the new Hot Honey, Ranch and Korean BBQ Dips, alongside a selection of limited-time menu items including the Hot Honey McCrispy, Hot Honey McMuffins and the return of the fan-favourite Cornetto McFlurry range.
The summer menu rollout brings a mix of sweet, spicy and savoury flavours to McDonald’s restaurants nationwide, giving fans plenty of new options to try throughout the season.
McDonald’s Launches Three New Dipping Sauces
The headline addition to the menu is the introduction of three new dipping sauces, each offering a different flavour profile.
Hot Honey Dip
The new Hot Honey Dip combines sweet honey with a fiery chilli kick, making it an ideal accompaniment for Chicken McNuggets, Chicken Selects and other menu favourites.
Ranch Dip
A staple in the United States, the Ranch Dip finally arrives in McDonald’s UK and Ireland restaurants. The creamy buttermilk-based sauce features herb and garlic notes for a cool and refreshing flavour.
Korean BBQ Dip
Fans looking for something richer can try the Korean BBQ Dip, which blends sweet soy, ginger and garlic to create a deep umami flavour inspired by Korean barbecue cuisine.
All three dips will be available throughout the day, including during breakfast hours. However, the Ranch and Korean BBQ Dips will only be available for six weeks.

The Hot Honey McCrispy Takes Centre Stage
Building on the popularity of McDonald’s McCrispy range, the new Hot Honey McCrispy adds a sweet-and-spicy twist to the classic chicken burger.
The burger features 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, topped with iceberg lettuce, white cheddar cheese and Hot Honey sauce, all served in a sourdough-style sesame seed bun.
The limited-edition burger joins the growing lineup of seasonal McDonald’s specials and is expected to be one of the summer’s most talked-about menu items.

Breakfast fans can also enjoy the new Hot Honey flavour with two exclusive McMuffin options.
Hot Honey Sausage & Egg McMuffin
The breakfast sandwich combines a pork sausage patty, free-range egg, cheese and Hot Honey sauce inside a toasted English muffin.
Hot Honey Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin
For those wanting a larger breakfast, the double version includes two sausage patties alongside the same sweet-and-spicy Hot Honey flavour.
Big Arch with Bacon Returns
Also joining the summer menu is the Big Arch with Bacon, a larger burger designed for bigger appetites.
The burger includes:

- Bacon
- White cheddar cheese
- Crispy and slivered onions
- Lettuce
- Pickles
- Signature Big Arch sauce
- Poppy and sesame seed bun

Cornetto McFlurry Returns After Nearly 17 Years
One of the biggest surprises on the summer menu is the return of the Cornetto McFlurry collaboration, marking its first appearance in almost 17 years.

The dessert combines McDonald’s dairy ice cream with chocolate sauce and chocolate Cornetto cone pieces.
Cornetto Strawberry McFlurry
Strawberry fans can enjoy dairy ice cream swirled with strawberry sauce and topped with strawberry Cornetto cone pieces.
McDonald’s App Exclusive: Hot Honey Mini McFlurry
Available exclusively through the McDonald’s App via McDelivery or collection, the new Hot Honey Mini McFlurry offers a unique sweet-and-spicy dessert experience.
The dessert includes McDonald’s soft dairy ice cream served with a separate Hot Honey Dip, allowing customers to customise the flavour intensity themselves.
