After racking up over 400,000+ views of his mashup of Popcaan tracks and a joint performance at the 2014 Jamaican Dream Weekend, Lucas DiPasquale links up once again with the dancehall don himself Popcaan for the video for their track ‘No Talking’ taken from DiPasquale’s acclaimed debut EP ‘Post-Secondary’ both of which are available now on iTunes. In the accompanying clip, Lucas and his trusty guitar take a trip back to Jamaica, where he and Poppy revel at a late-night rave and request “no talking inna di club.”

It’s been an exciting year for Lucas with singles ‘Do It Like’ featuring Kardinal Offishall, Stylo G & Konshens hitting #1 on the UK Urban Club Chart and hitting over 175, 000 views on YouTube followed by ‘No Talking’ featuring Popcaan hitting BBC Radio 1Xtra as MistaJam’s #JamHot on his show.

With love from The Fader, Complex, Noisey and The Guardian on his singles, Lucas unveiled his acoustic session recorded at the famous Tuff Gong Studios which premiered on VIBE Magazine, all whilst circulating the live scene performing at Dream Weekend (Kingston Jamaica) Reggae Fest (Toronto, Canada) and Notting Hill Carnival (London, UK).

The EP has been produced by Mojam (Sam Smith, Emeli Sande) and Stephen ‘Di Genuins’ McGregor (Sean Paul, Bounty Killer) and is testament to the hard work Lucas has been putting in worldwide musically this year.

“I am so unbelievably excited to be putting my own EP of original music out into the world. I owe so much to a bunch of different hard working people from all over the world who have made this project possible. I’m still in awe over the idea that I’ve made good music with some of the industries best creators – many who I now call friends! I want to give a great big thank you to anyone who has been showing me love since last April! Your support has allowed me to do what I am most passionate about. I really hope you enjoy Post-Secondary!” – Lucas
