The LEGO Group has officially revealed its second-ever LEGO Star Trek set, bringing the iconic bridge of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 to life in an impressive 1,701-piece display model for adult collectors.
Launching as part of Star Trek’s 60th anniversary celebrations, the LEGO Icons Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge (11385) lets fans recreate some of the most memorable moments from Star Trek: The Original Series, complete with interactive features, exclusive minifigures and plenty of nostalgic references.
A Faithful Recreation of the Original Enterprise Bridge
The new build follows the release of the first LEGO Star Trek set, which recreated the exterior of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D from Star Trek: The Next Generation. This latest release shifts the focus inside the legendary starship, recreating both the bridge and transporter room from the original 1960s television series.
Built from 1,701 pieces—a clever nod to the Enterprise’s famous registry number—the modular display is packed with authentic details, including:
- A rocking captain’s chair that recreates battle turbulence
- A working transporter activated by turning a dial
- Opening turbo lift doors controlled by a lever
- Computer stations and the Enterprise viewscreen
- A transporter platform for crew deployment
The completed model can also be arranged into a display-friendly configuration, making it an eye-catching centrepiece for any Star Trek collection.
Eight Exclusive Starfleet Minifigures Included
One of the biggest highlights of the set is its brand-new lineup of eight exclusive Starfleet minifigures, featuring many of the franchise’s most beloved characters:
- Captain James T. Kirk
- Spock
- Nyota Uhura
- Hikaru Sulu
- Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy
- Pavel Chekov
- Christine Chapel
- Montgomery “Scotty” Scott
Fans will also receive four Tribbles, the famously fluffy alien creatures, alongside an impressive selection of accessories including:
- Starfleet communicators
- Four phasers (including a brand-new LEGO mould)
- Spock’s harp
- Two Vulcan Lirpas
- A Trident Scanner
Digital Building Support via LEGO Builder
Builders can enhance the experience using the LEGO Builder app, allowing them to:
- View the model in interactive 3D
- Rotate and zoom during construction
- Track building progress step-by-step
The app makes tackling the 1,701-piece build considerably easier while offering a modern companion to the physical set.
