As excitement builds around the FIFA World Cup 2026, the LEGO Group is giving young football fans a brand-new way to enjoy the countdown to kick-off with the launch of ‘The Build-Up’, an interactive YouTube livestream series designed specifically for families.
Running ahead of each of England’s group-stage matches, the one-hour live show combines football discussion, LEGO building challenges, special celebrity guests and audience participation, creating the ultimate pre-match experience for younger viewers.
A New Way to Experience World Cup Matchdays
The new series will stream live from 6pm to 7pm on 17, 23 and 27 June via Manny Brown’s YouTube channel, helping families bridge the gap between the end of the school day and England’s evening kick-offs.
Hosted by internet personality and presenter Manny Brown, each episode will feature a different football-loving guest, offering predictions, football debates and LEGO-themed challenges while encouraging viewers to get involved in real time.
The interactive format allows audiences to vote on match predictions, suggest LEGO builds and join discussions throughout the show, making it a family-friendly companion to the tournament.
