Kiehl’s is set to open the doors to its brand-new Carnaby Street store on 1st October, with a two-floor 1,300 sq ft playground that will give London shoppers a new place to discover the brand’s skincare, bodycare, and haircare collection, alongside seasonal beauty essentials. The opening will be celebrated with a full day of activities, entertainment, and exclusive giveaways – with some worth £500.
The opening event will take place from 1pm on 1st October, with DJs performing throughout the day and The Flag Twins headlining the celebrations. Alongside special in-store surprises, the first 25 visitors through the door will receive goody bags worth £500, followed by another 25 guests receiving bags worth £250, while the first 200 visitors will also receive free GET BAKED, with no sign-up required. Inside, shoppers can explore Kiehl’s everyday skincare, bodycare, and haircare favourites, as well as festive essentials including the exclusive Kiehl’s 2026 Advent Calendar, worth £237.
Founded in New York in 1851, Kiehl’s has retained the apothecary-inspired character that has long been central to brand, while continuing to develop its presence across the high street. The new Carnaby Street store has been designed around the brand’s New York heritage with a distinctly London-focused shopping experience, spanning two dynamic floors and incorporating product storytelling, discovery spaces, and a retail journey designed around the customer. The opening progresses Kiehl’s movement into standalone stores, with the Carnaby Street location set to draw beauty and skincare lovers, West End shoppers, and Kiehl’s superfans alike.
