JACK VALLIER RETURNS WITH HEART-WRENCHING NEW EP ‘CHAOS INTO CALM PT 1’

Jack Vallier has returned from a hiatus this year after being hit with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E.) in ’21. For his return single ‘Insomnia’ (which was profiled by Wonderland Mag), he donated all Bandcamp proceeds to Action For M.E. – a charity in the UK supporting people with M.E.

“I have been writing my best stuff over the last few years and had so long to process my thoughts and feelings during lockdown. A lot changed, I got diagnosed with CFS/ME which as an ex footballer was hard to process, had a tough breakup and couldn’t leave my house to take my mind off it. So I wrote about all sorts to help process these feelings, it’s more of a collection of songs I love than a conceptual album, but I hope everyone will have something they can relate to from the songs.”

With his dark yet refreshingly honest take on pop music, Jack has amassed over 40 million streams on Spotify alone after turning heads with his first few EPs. After various syncs on shows such as Grey’s Anatomy and his track ‘Rebekah’ being featured on BBC Radio 1 as Tune of the Week, Jack then went on tour supporting Dermot Kennedy for over 40 shows across the UK and Europe.

Tomorrow (30th June) he drops a brand new EP ‘Chaos Into Calm Pt 1’ and last week, his latest track ‘Young Blood’ was played by Mollie King at BBC Radio 1 on her Future Pop show.
