Starbucks has officially announced the coming of Autumn, with the return of everyone’s favourite cosy drink of choice: the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte. Back on the menu in Starbucks stores all across the UK on Thursday 7 September, the UK’s leading coffee shop is offering a way to get your hands on it an entire week before its official launch date with Starbucks Rewards.
20 years after the phenomenon was first invented by Starbucks beverage developer Peter Dukes in the US, the fan-favourite Pumpkin Spice Latte is back in Britain for another year, perfect for accompanying fans on crisp autumn walks and cosying by the fire. Handcrafted with Starbucks Espresso Roast warming pumpkin spice sauce and steamed milk, the beverage is topped with velvety whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spices – cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. The smell alone is sure to bring back memories of layering up in a favourite jumper.
And for the first time ever, Starbucks Rewards members also get early access to a range of pumpkin spice reusable merchandise, so they can enjoy their favourite autumnal beverages in style! All customers who return to store with a reusable cup will receive a discount of 25p on their order of any handcrafted beverage, all year round!
With Starbucks all about offering a personalised experience for all, as always, fans can customise their PSL to suit them – for example, plant-based pumpkin lovers can order theirs with their favourite dairy alternative and our Vegan Whipped Topping instead.
