International Women’s Day cocktails with Bombay Sapphire

The Butterfly by creative brilliance and mind behind the cocktail menu at The Artesian Bar, Anna Sebastian


  • 30 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 25 ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 25 ml Lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20 ml Butterfly tea


To elevate your cocktail, Anna recommends finishing it with a drop of Absinthe, 10 ml of Jasmine tea & garnish with a butterfly tea flower



  • Add all ingredients in a shaker and short shake
  • Pour over crushed ice in a rocks glass
  • Pour 10 ml of Absinthe and Jasmine tea syrup mix over the top (optional)
  • Garnish with a butterfly tea flower

  • 50 ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 50 ml Plenish turmeric shot
  • Agave syrup
  • 150 ml tonic water
  • Orange slice for garnish



  • Fill a balloon glass with ice
  • Add Bombay Sapphire gin, Plenish turmeric shot and 1/2 barspoon of agave syrup
  • Stir to blend the agave syrup in with the liquid
  • Top with tonic water and gently stir to integrate the ingredients
  • Garnish with orange slice
