Inspired by Yardley London’s fragrance profiles, London’s InterContinental Park Lane will be serving a unique multi-sensory Afternoon Tea, ‘Scents of Summer’, in its iconic Wellington Lounge.
The Afternoon Tea will take visitors on an indulgent and flavourful journey with creations like chilled green pea and chives bisque, spiced royal gala apple slaw, and grilled wagyu beef with organic asparagus.
There is an extensive list of over 20 teas to accompany the menu with, along with a selection of well-paired champagne options for an elevated afternoon experience. The menu will features fragrant bites such as lavender-smoked halibut rillettes, and slow-roasted Jerusalem artichoke with English peach, with a decadent array of handmade scones and delicately aromatic cakes to close off the afternoon with.

The Scents of Summer Afternoon Tea will be available at the Wellington Lounge for the summer between 13:00 and 17:00 Wednesday to Sunday, priced at £62 (or £78 with Champagne).
