Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland Unveils a Festive Feast for Foodies

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, one of London’s most beloved festive attractions, returns for the 2024 season bigger and better than ever. With jaw-dropping attractions, awe-inspiring entertainment, and adrenaline-pumping rides to look forward to alongside the festive markets, the latest instalment promises an exceptional array of festive feasting and drinking, blending classic seasonal flavours, exciting street food, and unique dining experiences to delight in the most festive of ways.

Voodoo Ray’s debuts at Winter Wonderland with an exclusive Bottomless Pizza Party in Santaland, offering endless slices from seven pizza flavours in a heated, all-day setting. With limited seats per session and multiple daily slots, guests can reserve online or try for walk-ins, while kids with a Santaland Unlimited Ride Pass receive a free soft drink.

The iconic Sleigh-By and Street Food Village areas are brimming with bold flavours, exciting new arrivals, and beloved returning favourites, showcasing the UK’s best street eats and exceptional craft beers, plus treats for those with a sweet tooth. One of this season’s standout, Chimney Cakes Lady, will serve traditional Hungarian chimney cakes – warm delights that are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and come in various flavours. MASA Tacos brings authentic, sustainable Mexican street food with signature corn tortillas and creative flavour pairings. The Mac Factory is back with its famous creamy, gooey mac ‘n’ cheese, while newcomer Sen Noods, created by two school friends-turned-chefs, offers comforting East Asian-inspired noodle dishes perfect for winter.

Bringing a Caribbean twist to the table, Only Jerkin’ highlights the unforgettable taste and crunch of their Caribbean-inspired fried chicken, famed for serving the crispiest nuggets around. Meanwhile, Wok Boy returns by popular demand, offering their signature chow mein and Korean fried chicken, beloved at London festivals and securing a spot for their renowned chow mein in the “Noodle Hall of Fame”. For great value, visitors can pre-book online meal packages from The Jolly Hog, known for their smokey hot dogs, pulled pork, and loaded fries topped with options like pulled pork, halloumi, or pigs in blankets. Additionally, Winter Wonderland’s popular fondue spot, Le Chalet Fondue, returns with a festive dining experience showcasing traditional Swiss cuisine.

Also new for this year, Winter Wonderland is launching Tasty Tuesday on 26th November, where visitors can enjoy 20% off from 10 am to 2 pm at all traders in the Sleigh-By and Street Food Village, except Le Chalet Fondue. Ideal for hungry early birds, it’s the perfect opportunity to find your favourite seasonal dishes while taking advantage of a special one-day discount.

This year’s pop-up bars at Winter Wonderland offer a range of festive drinks, with Bar Narnia, inspired by “Narnia,” providing a magical wintry escape. The Christmas Tree Arms, a classic British-style bar lined with Christmas trees, serves chilled beer, mulled wine, and great views. New for this season, Bob’s Barn brings Canadian vibes with cold beers and cocktails, offering both a street-side terrace and a cosy indoor retreat.

To make the experience easier than ever this year, visitors can purchase a £30 Bavarian Credit for food and drinks at the popular Bavarian Village, available for pre-purchase online. This credit can be used throughout the season, eliminating the need for cash or cards, and includes free entry to Winter Wonderland, even during peak times. Enjoy the festive evening vibes in Bavarian Hall, with live music, DJs, sing-alongs, and plenty of opportunities to dance the night away!
