To celebrate the upcoming fifth season of Emily in Paris, acclaimed pastry chef and Great British Bake Off: The Professionals judge Benoit Blin has whipped up a couture-inspired collection of haute pâtisseries — and they’re as chic as the show itself.
Created in collaboration with St. Dalfour, the official partner of Emily in Paris, the collection transforms Emily Cooper’s most iconic looks into edible art. Each pastry draws inspiration from the show’s unforgettable fashion moments — from Emily’s statement red finale dress to her signature beret — and features St. Dalfour’s 100% Fruit Spreads.
Where Fashion Meets Flavour
Blin, who worked closely with the Emily in Paris production team, reimagined the show’s Parisian glamour through French pastry craftsmanship and St. Dalfour’s naturally vibrant flavours.
“Each pâtisserie had to look like couture and taste like art,” says Blin. “Chic, bold, and just a little too good to resist.”
Among his favourites are a zesty Fraisier inspired by Emily’s fiery red dress and a delicate chouquette shaped like her beloved beret — each filled with St. Dalfour’s Strawberry, Orange, or Raspberry fruit spreads.

These hand-crafted creations are limited in number, and fans who pre-order will receive an invite to an exclusive Season 5 screening in Kensington on 18th December. There, they’ll enjoy their couture treat and celebrate the series’ return.
