Natalie, Vicki, Divine, and Stefy have found a way to make their best friend workout sessions into a successful fitness and fashion blog.
FourFits focuses on four friends with a passion for fashion and finding creative ways to stay active. They post regularly on fitness events, reaching their fitness goals, fashion and nutrition.
In addition to a fitness and nutrition blog, the fashionistas also curate a fashion lookbook.
The girls all came together to reach their fitness goals all for different reasons. Their stories are both adorable and inspirational, and truly attest to their genuine passion for what they’re doing.
Natalie is doing it “four the perfect dress.” After leading a relatively healthy lifestyle, her boyfriend proposed to her in Paris in 2012. Like most women, she had a vision of feeling confident and beautiful in her wedding dress. Now that she’s married, Natalie has upheld and increased her fitness lifestyle to a level she’s proud of.
Vicki is doing it “four the bikini bod.” As a young child struggling with a “somewhat eating disorder,” Vicki struggled to put on weight after her fear of food left her at 6 stones through her teenage years. After she was able to reach a healthy weight, she wanted to focus more on becoming stronger and more toned. She too wants to feel confident and beautiful in her skin.
Divine is doing it “four the love of food.” She began to feel unhappy about the “baby fat” that followed her into her adult life. She struggled with weight gain in university at the expense of binge drinking and snacking (don’t worry, Divine, we’ve all been there). After graduation and some soul searching, Divine found it in her confidence to become more active and love herself.
Stefy is doing it “four that strut.” This fashion girl didn’t need to focus much on fitness in her younger years. But after a hot job landed her in the middle of treats, dining and drinks, she tried extreme dieting techniques to get her body back, but it wasn’t until she joined a fourfits hula hooping class that she found a way to put the fun back in to fitness. The fashionista wants to be able to strut down the aisle of her wedding while feeling great.
Their story of four friends coming together to better each other in the fitness journey is what makes us love these girls so much. To read their blogs, see their lookbook, or find out more about the girls check them out on fourfits.uk.com. We can’t get enough of them!
