Has January got you feeling a bit down? Look no further than the Zopa FeelGood Hotline, featuring some recognisable additions to Zopa’s award-winning customer service team.
For one day only on Wednesday 23rd January, between 12pm and 4pm , callers will be able to dial the bespoke hotline on 020 3954 1844 and be put through to one of four celebrities known for their positive, can-do and witty approaches to life. Celebs joining Zopa for the day include boxing icon, Frank Bruno; pop star and TV host, Frankie Bridge; broadcaster, Lauren Laverne; and rapper, Big Narstie.
Manning a bespoke hotline that anybody can call for a dose of feel good, alongside Zopa’s London-based award-winning customer service team, the celebs will dish out stories, pearls of wisdom, and moments of humour to brighten up anyone’s day. Callers can also choose to get their call recorded and sent to them as a personalised clip to share on social media (for bragging rights, of course!).
Zopa received its banking licence in December 2018 and is in the process of launching a new kind of bank, one that makes people FeelGood about money again. The team is at the forefront of making sure that our customers feel good about our products, so for January, we wanted to add an extra sprinkle of positivity to proceedings. We think that our star-filled FeelGood hotline will do just that.
“Frank Bruno, Lauren Laverne, Big Narstie and Frankie Bridge will all become honorary Zopians for the day.”
Boxing icon Frank Bruno said: “The gym is the thing that makes me feel good. I also love music, meeting people and finding out what makes them tick.”
Broadcaster Lauren Laverne said: “I’m always happy to spread a little positivity and looking forward to chatting to callers. And what makes me feel good? Music, of course, but also spending time outdoors in performance fabrics, and any time spent with my family.”
Pop star and TV host Frankie Bridge said: “Having a good old chat with my girls always makes me feel good! Sometimes you just need to laugh and get everything out on the table with your mates. I can’t wait to speak to lots of different and try to help others have a better day.”
Rapper Big Narstie said: “Making new music and being around friends and family makes me feel good. Hotline, let’s do this!”
