Burnt Peach Julep

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Buffalo Trace 50ml Lipton’s Peach Ice Tea
  • 25ml Funkin Peach Puree OR Roasted Peach Puree (Homemade)
  • 6-8 Mint Leaf’s, 5ml Sugar Syrup

Method:

  • Crushed Ice, Churn/Stir Top with Crushed
  • Garnish
  • Mint Sprig and Peach Slice & Straw (Icing Sugar Optional)

 

Buffalo & Ginger Ale

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Buffalo Trace
  • 200ml Dry Ginger Ale
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Large Lemon Peel

Method:

  • Add all ingredients and cubed ice to glass and stir
  • Garnish
  • Large Lemon Peel

 

Revolver

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Buffalo Trace
  • 20ml Borghetti Coffee Liqueur

Method:

  • Shake all ingredients over cubed ice, double strain into chilled coupette
  • Garnish
  • Orange Peel – burnt with a blow torch
