Everlast Worldwide and Sports Direct announce Rhiannon Dixon signing

Everlast Worldwide and Sports Direct today announce the exclusive signing of one of current Commonwealth Lightweight Champion, Rhiannon Dixon.

The 28-year-old from Warrington began her career as a pharmacist, working on the frontlines during COVID. However, her career path took a turn when she decided to make boxing her full-time profession. Now under the watchful eye of former WBA Lightweight World Champion, Anthony Crolla and Paul Ready of STN Sports, Dixon is confident she has the team around her to reach the pinnacle of the sport.

Participating in ballet, tap and modern dancing for much of her childhood, Dixon has applied these learned skills to her boxing, demonstrating magnificent footwork and ring management, which was on full display in her most recent fight, where she picked up her Commonwealth title in Liverpool.

Dixon now challenges for the EBU (European) Lightweight Title in early autumn.

This year, Everlast Worldwide and Sports Direct have strengthened their diverse roster, signing numerous prospects including Shannon Ryan, Johnny Fisher and now, Rhiannon Dixon, all of whom have had under 10 professional fights. To keep updated on the roster, head to: everlast.com/teameverlast.
