What to drink now: Bacardi, Martini & St Germain edition

Riserva & Tonic (Above Image) 


75ml MARTINI Riserva Speciale Rubino or Ambrato

75ml Tonic Water

Fill a tumbler with ice. Fill half your glass with the MARTINA Riserva Speciale Rubino or Ambrato and half with tonic water. Garnish with a caperberry or orange wedge (Rubino), Lemon Wedge (Ambrato)




40ml BACARDI Carta Blanca

30ml fresh cream

10ml Green Chartreuse

10ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

10ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

10ml sugar syrup

1 egg white

20ml soda water / club soda

Sprig of fresh mint

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill. Place lime and lemon juice and eg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without any ice) to emulsify. Transfer the mixture to a new cocktail shaker and add the sugar syrup, BACARDI Carta Blanca, green Chartreuse and fresh cream. Now fill it with ice cubes and give it a good, hard shake until the cocktail shaker is cold. Remove the ice from the serving glass and fine strain the drink into it. Top up with the soda water and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

25ml Grey Goose la Poire

25ml St~Germain

15ml fresh lime juice

2 dashes rhubarb bitters

1 dash grapefruit bitters

On the rocks with big ice cube

Top with Pear Sassy Cider

Garnish with fresh basil and grapefruit slices
