Coca-Cola is offering Premier League fans across the country the chance to win the Premier League Trophy this Christmas. The official soft drinks partner of the Premier League has launched the Coca-Cola #SockSkillsChallenge; giving away prizes in the lead up to Christmas including the ultimate grand prize – the chance to have the Premier League Trophy in their home for a day.
The Christmas challenge, part of Coca-Cola’s Make Your Home The Home End campaign, will be led by Coca-Cola ambassadors Marcus Rashford, Harry Kane and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who will all be attempting to showcase their skills to kick off the challenge.
Coca-Cola will be giving away incredible Christmas gifts; from flatscreen TVs, to gaming bundles and signed merchandise. All fans have to do is post a video on Instagram or Twitter of them attempting the most creative footballing sock skills – the more festive the better – tagging @CocaCola_GB on Twitter and @CocaColaEU on Instragram, and including the hashtag #SockSkillsChallenge.
Harry Kane commented: “2020 has been a tough year all round so the #SockSkillsChallenge will hopefully bring some light relief to fans and a bit of joy this Christmas for those that win.”
Marcus Rashford added: “Having seen Harry and Ox’s efforts, I can safely say they won’t be in the running for winning any of the Christmas gifts on offer. We’re looking for festive, fun and creative entries, I’m looking forward to seeing what fans can come up with.”
The winning effort will receive the ultimate at-home viewing bundle including a new television, a sound bar speaker, and the Premier League Trophy for one day to watch Premier League football with.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain added: “I know how special the Premier League Trophy is and how it felt to lift it, so I know how much fans are going to love the chance to have it sitting in their home when they’re watching the football.”
The #SockSkillsChallenge will open for entries on 18th December and close on 26th December. Entries will be selected based on an original, current content video showing rolled up festive or favourite socks being used to show the entrants skills on Instagram /Instagram Stories or Twitter.
Coca-Cola is looking for keepy – uppies, headers, sofa-skills and family attemps, successful, failures or those just for fun – the more creative the better. Full terms and conditions can be found here: https://www.coca-cola.co.uk/football
