Caorunn know a thing or two about flavour when it comes to small batch gin; their offerings are fast becoming the ultimate staple in bars and homes. With that being said, we bring you their exclusive easy-to-execute delicious cocktail recipes created by lead Mixologist at Shoreditch Arts Club, Walter Pintus, to ensure you celebrate in style this World Gin Day (10th June).

Caorunn have been leaders in the premium gin market for over a decade, crafting their artisan gin at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Expertly handcrafted, this increasingly admired spirit utilises Scotland’s distinctive natural resources, infusing them in the world’s only Copper Berry chamber to guarantee perfection.

BACCUS

Bright, luscious, and fruity, the sweet aroma of lemon verbena blends brilliantly with Caorunn Dry. A gin-based take on a bar favorite for being Light and refreshing, yet not overly sweet, this splendid spring cocktail plays on TikTok’s latest craze – frozen grapes.

Ingredients: 60ml Caorunn Dry | 15ml (about 0.51 oz) Sauvignon Blanc & Lemon Verbena Reduction 

Method: Stirred 

Served in a chilled coupette with frozen grapes 

CAORUNN 75

A quintessentially British blend of Caorunn’s delightful Dry gin, pear cider, wild elderflower syrup and apple sorbet. A fabulous fruity cocktail bringing you an authentic taste of the English countryside with every sip.

Ingredients: 25ml Caorunn Dry | 60ml Pear cider | 1 scoop Apple Sorbet | 15ml Wild elderflower syrup 

Method: Built 

 Served in a wine glass with apple sorbet 

DAMKY PANKY

An adaptation of the infamous Hanky Panky cocktail, damson plum wine and English Fernet pair seamlessly with Caorunn Dry gin to create the perfect balance between sweet, bitter, and herbal flavours. Best served over a large crisp ice cube and garnished with fresh think plum slices, this cocktail promises to elevate your cocktail game.

Ingredients: 45ml Caorunn Dry| 30ml Damson Plum Wine | 2.5ml English fernet 

Method: Stirred 

Served over a crystal-clear Ice cube and garnished with 2 fresh and thin plum slices 

GLOW SPRITZER

Perfect for those with both sweet and sour taste buds, this Glow Spritzer combines Caorunn Dry, Sippello English Aperitif, Pink Grapefruit Sherbet, zingy Meda Lime, and Elderflower CBD. Fashioned for stress-free sipping, you can expect a deliciously refreshing spritzer that is set to impress taste all your garden party guests this spring.

Ingredients: 30ml Caorunn Dry| 15ml Sippello English Aperitif| 25ml Pink Grapefruit Sherbet | 30ml Meda Lime & Elderflower CBD

Served in a highball glass over an ice column and garnished with fresh citrus wheels 

21STCENTURY

A luxuriously creamy and tempting combination of Caorunn’s renowned Raspberry Gin, fresh raspberries, white chocolate crème and a dash of lemon and absinthe. The perfect party drink or after- dinner tipple for any season.

Ingredients: 40ml Caorunn Raspberry Gin |5x Fresh Raspberries | 20ml White Chocolate Crème | 15ml Lemon |2ml Absinthe 

Method: Shaken 

Served in a cocktail coupette with white chocolate dipped Raspberry

BLOODY MARTINI

A fruity cocktail combining Caorunn’s bespoke Blood Orange, full body wild fennel wine and one fresh blood orange jam packed with Vitamin C. Garnished with citrus infused olive oil drops, Bloody Martini incorporates an ingredient dotting around across cosmopolitan hubs like New York and Copenhagen this season for maximum flavour.
