After years of customers calling for its return, Burger King UK sparked speculation by calling on fans to confirm their appetite for the comeback of this beloved veggie burger. Thousands of fanatics have had their say, from signing the petition to declaring “I loved the Bean Burger” and posting “Please bring beanie back” on social media, the feedback was undeniable. So, it’s time to spill the beans – the Bean Burger is officially making its comeback.
Joining menus nationwide from 3rd January, the Ultimate Bean Burger is packed with black beans, mushrooms, sweet red pepper, and green chilli, covered with a crunchy tortilla chip crumb, and topped with American cheese, crispy lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, and tangy tomato ketchup, all housed in a light brioche-style bun. To make it certified vegan, just remove the cheese. Ideal for those who fancy a little more ‘flex’ this Veganuary and beyond!
What’s more, hungry customers can bag themselves the new Ultimate Bean Burger with a buy-one-get-one-free offer available exclusively via the Burger King app from 5th – 8th January*. It’s also available exclusively for delivery via Just Eat to enjoy from the comfort of home this winter.
