This winter, Boundary Shoreditch unveils its signature seasonal transformation, as the iconic summer rooftop is reimagined into a cosy Alpine retreat high above East London. The vibrant, sun-soaked terrace of the warmer months gives way to a glowing winter hideaway, complete with a glass-enclosed Orangery, twinkling lights, soft throws, and heaters that recreate the warmth and intimacy of an après-ski lodge.
Guests step into a space inspired by the snowy peaks of the Alps, with rustic textures, winter greenery, candlelight, and the comforting aroma of molten cheese drifting from classic Alpine dishes. From the snug indoor Orangery to the heated outdoor terrace, diners can enjoy panoramic views of East London while indulging in winter-ready cocktails and seasonal dishes.
The winter menu celebrates the rich, comforting flavours of the Alps. Highlights include Tomme de Savoie tartiflette; Halibut with pomme duchesse; and Truffle & wild mushroom orzo, alongside sharing dishes like Boundary’s signature Cheese Fondue Savoyard; and Raclette. Desserts such as Chocolate & Amaretto crème caramel, and Mulled wine cheesecake round out the cosy Alpine experience.
Boundary’s resident mixologist, Costel Toma, has crafted a lineup of winter-ready cocktails, including vin chaud, warming whisky toddies, and inventive seasonal signatures like the Snow Queen, Mandarin Toddy, and Fleur de Fig, alongside a refined selection of wines and spirits.
