Blank Street has announced the launch of its brand-new Cold Brew menu. Already a summer staple in the US, Blank Street is bringing its unique take on the cult classic iced beverage to the capital with a selection of drinks that are set to reinvent what you think you know about Cold Brew.

Committed to giving coffee lovers the best possible experience, Blank Street’s Cold Brew has an exceptional speciality grade of 86, and takes the definition of Cold Brew one step further with a unique innovation to its recipe: the Cold Brew Shot.

For the last 6 months, coffee-industry veteran Jai Lott (VP of Product) and his team have been working on a new innovation for the Cold Brew category. Available now in all stores, Blank Street’s Cold Brew drinks are created with a one-of-a-kind concentrated shot of Cold Brew, which is used as a base instead of espresso. This innovative new shot elevates the iced coffee experience in a way that customers have never experienced before.

The result is a super smooth, medium roast Ethiopian and Kenyan Cold Brew Shot, which packs the same great flavour and energising kick of a full cup of Cold Brew.

Cold Brew is created by steeping ground coffee in cold water for 12 – 24 hours. Because of this slower steeping process, it has higher caffeine and a smoother flavour than espresso based drinks. Blank Street’s Cold Brew is packed full of flavour with rich hazelnut and milk chocolate tones, balanced with delicate vanilla and sweet melon top notes.
