BATHTUB GIN LAUNCHES FREE LIMITED-EDITION TEA TOWEL DESIGNED BY ALEXANDRA DUDLEY!

Bathtub Gin is giving shoppers something extra to elevate their summer hosting, partnering with renowned food writer Alexandra Dudley on a beautifully illustrated limited-edition tea towel that’s available free with every bottle purchased at Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Morrisons while stocks last.

The exclusive collaboration celebrates the return of communal punch bowls, effortless entertaining and the growing trend of turning everyday kitchen essentials into stylish home décor.

The Tea Towel Trend Taking Over Stylish Kitchens

Tea towels are no longer hidden away in kitchen drawers. Instead, they’ve become one of the latest homeware trends, with illustrated designs being displayed over oven handles, framed as artwork or given as thoughtful gifts.

From restaurant-inspired designs to collectible collaborations, the humble tea towel has become an affordable way to refresh a kitchen without committing to a full makeover. The trend perfectly fits the rise of “kinda chic” aesthetics dominating social media, where practical household items are transformed into sought-after statement pieces.

Bathtub Gin’s latest collaboration embraces that movement with a functional keepsake designed to be used, displayed and enjoyed.

Alexandra Dudley Brings Her Hosting Style To Bathtub Gin

London-based food writer and cookbook author Alexandra Dudley has created an organic cotton tea towel featuring hand-drawn cocktail illustrations, citrus motifs and her signature summer punch recipe.

Available free with every bottle of Bathtub Gin (RRP £34.95), the tea towel is included with purchases at Sainsbury’s, Asda and Morrisons throughout the summer, with availability subject to stock.

Speaking about the collaboration, Dudley said:

“Punch has such a generosity to it. There’s something wonderfully relaxed about serving drinks from a bowl rather than shaking cocktails one by one all evening. It instantly changes the atmosphere and lets you actually spend time with your guests.

“And a beautiful tea towel is one of life’s small luxuries. I’m always collecting them.”

The collaboration reflects Bathtub Gin’s continued focus on home entertaining, following previous partnerships with ceramicist Harlie Brown and restaurant duo Tart London.

Alexandra Dudley’s Summer Punch Recipe

Designed for garden parties, alfresco lunches and relaxed evenings with friends, Alexandra Dudley’s signature punch is a refreshing twist on the classic Negroni.

Ingredients

  • 150ml Bathtub Gin
  • 150ml Italian bitter aperitif (such as Campari)
  • 150ml fresh orange juice
  • 150ml fresh lemon juice
  • A few dashes of orange bitters
  • Plenty of ice
  • Citrus slices to garnish

Method

Simply combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl filled generously with ice, stir until chilled, then serve over ice in short glasses garnished with fresh citrus slices.

The recipe is also illustrated directly on the tea towel, making it a practical kitchen companion for entertaining.

What Makes Bathtub Gin Different?

Produced in Kent, Bathtub Gin uses the traditional cold compounding method, one of the oldest and least common techniques in gin production.

Rather than redistilling after infusion, six botanicals—including juniper, orange peel, coriander seed, cassia, cardamom and cloves—are steeped in a bespoke London Dry Gin for at least three weeks, creating a richer and more layered flavour profile.

Each bottle is then hand-wrapped, strung and wax-dipped before leaving the distillery.

The brand has earned more than 40 international spirits awards, including Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Where To Buy!

The limited-edition Alexandra Dudley tea towel is available free with every bottle of Bathtub Gin purchased from Sainsbury’s, Asda, and Morrisons throughout August, while stocks last.
