BACARDÍ Rum kicks off Casa BACARDÍ on Tour experience in the heart of Glasgow

For the first time ever, BACARDÍ Rum is bringing its iconic Casa BACARDÍ festival experience to city centres across the UK, kicking off in Glasgow this month.

Known for its vibrant cultural scene and rich musical heritage, Glasgow will host the first in a series of nationwide events on Thursday 28th September with Casa BACARDÍ set to bring its party vibes to the city.

The tour will debut at SWG3, one of Glasgow’s most loved independent venues, featuring a headline performance by rapper Sainté – acclaimed for his hit track ‘Champagne Shots’. Hailing from the city of Leicester, the multi-faceted artist has witnessed significant success over the last few years credited to his energetic rhymes and his unique approach to the genre.

Joining Sainté on the stellar line-up is talented producer p-rallel, renowned for being one of the country’s rising talents, along with DJs CVSS, Glasgow-native K4CIE and Keyrah. Representing various corners of the UK, together they’re set to deliver an electrifying night that guarantees to give partygoers an unforgettable experience filled with music, high energy dancefloors and delicious BACARDÍ rum cocktails.

The best-selling cocktail of the festival season – the Spiced Pina Colada – is also set to make a triumphant return, setting the tone for what promises to be a memorable night. The cocktail is a subtly spiced twist on the ever popular Pina Colada, expertly crafted with the brand’s latest innovation, BACARDÍ Caribbean Spiced: a delicious new blend of aged rum, spices and features quintessentially tropical notes of pineapple and coconut. Perfect for keeping the endless summer vibes going long after the season is over!

“We’re delighted to kickstart the series in Glasgow. This city is renowned for its deep appreciation of music and its welcoming people with a passion for celebration, making it the perfect place to launch our Casa BACARDÍ on Tour series, ee have had an amazing turnout at UK festivals over the last two years, but we want to keep the BACARDÍ party alive beyond the summer. Music runs deep through BACARDÍ’s DNA, so continuing our commitment to supporting emerging UK artists outside of the festival circuit by taking our dancefloor on the road felt like a no-brainer.”

Federica Iaconetti, BACARDÍ Rum UK Senior Brand Manager

The Casa BACARDÍ festival experience is the embodiment of the brand’s DO WHAT MOVES YOU ethos – a platform that encourages people to embrace community and freedom of self-expression through music and dance. The touring stage, designed to pay homage to the brand’s Caribbean origins, features a DJ booth, built-in bars and an ever-packed dancefloor. The platform is a living testament to the high-energy vibes that BACARDÍ Rum stands for.

In addition to Glasgow, Casa BACARDÍ on Tour will be stopping at various cities across the UK in the coming months, including London and Manchester.

Tickets for the first event in the Casa BACARDÍ on Tour series will be available from tomorrow via Ticketweb.
