Global Afrobeats superstar Ayra Starr has been announced as the headline performer for the halftime show at the 2026 NFL London Game, taking place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in the highly anticipated fixture, with kick-off scheduled for 2:30pm BST.
The performance will form part of a record-breaking season of international NFL entertainment, with seven American Express-presented halftime shows taking place across the league’s 2026 International Games.
Ayra Starr Brings Afrobeats To The NFL!
Ayra Starr has become one of the biggest names in the new generation of global African music.
Since making her debut in 2021, the Beninese-Nigerian singer and songwriter has amassed more than seven billion global streams and over one billion YouTube views.
Her rise has included two GRAMMY nominations for Best African Music Performance, a BET Award for Best International Act and a performance on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
Her latest album, Starrgirl, was released on August 14, 2026, featuring collaborations with major artists including ZAYN, Leon Thomas and Wizkid.
Speaking about the upcoming NFL performance, Starr said she is excited to bring Starrgirl to the global stage and described performing in London as a dream come true.
A huge year for the NFL in London
The 2026 NFL London Games are set to make Tottenham Hotspur Stadium a major destination for American football this October, with two regular-season games taking place on consecutive Sundays.
The first fixture will see the Indianapolis Colts take on the Washington Commanders on Sunday, October 4. Alternative entertainment will feature during halftime, with further details expected to be announced.
The following weekend, the Philadelphia Eagles will meet the Jacksonville Jaguars, with Ayra Starr taking centre stage during halftime.
Ayra’s performance will be broadcast live in the UK free-to-air on Channel 5, as well as on Sky Sports.

The London shows are part of the NFL’s biggest international season yet, with regular-season games being staged across seven countries and four continents.
