Available from 29 June until 12 July 2026, the new Centre Court Bombe and Summer of Sport cocktail collection have been created to celebrate one of Britain’s most iconic sporting events, offering guests a taste of summer both on and off the court.

A Dessert Inspired by Wimbledon Traditions
The star of this year’s seasonal menu is the Centre Court Bombe, a theatrical dessert inspired by the famous Wimbledon pairing of strawberries and cream.
Encased in a crisp white chocolate shell, the bombe is filled with fresh strawberries and buttery shortbread, delivering a nostalgic twist on one of Britain’s best-loved summer flavours.
The dessert will be available at participating The Ivy Collection restaurants nationwide throughout the Championships, making it an ideal treat for tennis fans looking to embrace the Wimbledon spirit.
New Casamigos Cocktails Celebrate the Sporting Season
Alongside the dessert, The Ivy Collection has partnered with Casamigos Tequila to introduce a limited-edition Summer of Sport drinks menu.
The exclusive cocktail line-up includes:
- Match Day Margarita – Casamigos Blanco, Beesou, lime, hot honey and peach.
- Pitch Side Paloma – featuring rhubarb, madeleine and pink grapefruit.
- Victory Lap – Casamigos Blanco paired with elderflower and Champagne, finished with a delicate coconut fragrance.
- The Tiebreak – a Bloody Maria-inspired cocktail with tomato juice.
- The Finish Line Float – a nostalgic blend of pineapple and Coca-Cola topped with Chantilly cream.
The menu has been designed to reflect the excitement, anticipation and celebrations that accompany the UK’s biggest summer sporting events.
