What to Drink Now: Bacardi

With this heatwave we’re experiencing, there’s nothing more appealing than the thought of sipping a cocktail in the sunshine. Luckily, we’ve got the perfect recipes for you to enjoy all weekend long. Happy Friday!

 

SCORPION                                           

40ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum

40ml orange Juice

20ml Cognac

10ml Orgeat Syrup

20ml lemon juice

A sprig of mint to garnish

METHOD: shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve

GARNISH Mint sprig and orange garnish

 

 

 

 

BACARDÍ SUMMER SWIZZLE

25ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum

10ml Velvet Falernum

20ml lemon

10ml sugar syrup

20ml Raspberry puree

METHOD:  Build all ingredients and churn with crushed ice

GARNISH: Raspberry and mint sprig or Lemon wheel

 

 

 

 

ISLAND HIGHBALL

35ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca Rum

10ml Orgeat

20ml lime

50ml Grapefruit soda

4 dash Peychauds (top)

METHOD: Build all ingredients over cubed ice. Crown with crushed ice.

GARNISH: Peychaud bitters and grapefruit slice or lime wedge
