The evening of Thursday 20th October saw stars from the worlds of sport, music and entertainment gather on the red carpet to celebrate the opening night of NFL House, an interactive fan zone in Bloomsbury Square, London that will play host to a number of exciting NFL fan events in celebration of the three NFL games taking place at Twickenham and Wembley Stadium across October.
Celebrities including Strictly star and Olympian Greg Rutherford, music acts Rudimental and John Newman, boxer David Haye and England international footballers Deli Alli, Eric Dier, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Danny Rose were treated to an intimate performance from grime artist Kano, who played a number of his recent tracks including New Banger and Flow of the Year, as well as a set from up-and-coming DJ Becky Tong.
New York Giants legend and two-time Superbowl winner Osi Umenyiora and the LA Rams cheerleading squad were also in attendance, ahead of this Sunday’s historic New York Giants vs LA Rams fixture at Twickenham Stadium – the first ever American football match to be held at England’s home of rugby.
NFL House will open for five days running across October 20th – October 29th at Victoria House, Holborn, featuring an impressive display of all 50 Super Bowl Rings as well as the prestigious Vince Lombardi Trophy.
The five-day extravaganza is a celebration of all things NFL and will see collaboration events with the likes of Nike, The Comedy Store and Man vs Food legend Adam Richman.
