You can’t say that Converse don’t keep up with the ever-changing trends. At the start of the month, they released a glow in the dark sneaker, calling it “the most forward thinking Chuck Taylor in over one hundred years.” Following that, they announced a rework of the All Star shroud for women, which was given a fresh new look with a canvas update available in two colour ways, and now they’ve gone all Easter Bunny on us (kind of).
Converse have released a new pack which includes the iconic Chuck Taylor All Star 2 and All Star 70s. The sneakers come in 2 seasonally-perfect, pastel colours; the high top “Jewelled Egg” and low top “Ambient Blue”. Each pair has Easter-inspired detailing, such as basket stitching, quality egg shell leather and striped laces. Other updates include the higher rubber wall around the sole and a unique Aztec pattern at the back. They’re priced between £75 – £80 and both styles are available at Converse UK and Footpatrol. Can we have these instead of a chocolate egg?
